Surfing in Mimizan means surfing with Silver Coast Surf School. Founded in 2005 by two brothers, Rudy and Ludo, the school is located directly on Remember Beach, boasting a prime location facing the surf break.
The school quickly distinguished itself through the quality of its instruction. Experienced instructors have developed teaching methods adapted to every age, skill level, and physical condition.
Lessons are organized by age group, skill level, and language. We offer instruction in French, English, German, and Dutch.

The Remember beach
Recognized as one of the most beautiful beaches in the Landes region, Remember North Beach in Mimizan boasts a wild setting, enhanced by high sand dunes. The waves and water quality are excellent.
Located close to the town center and the beach campsite, it offers all the essential amenities for a family beach: lifeguards, two free car parks, bicycle parking, showers, restrooms, a snack bar, and of course, the Silver Coast surf school.
It’s the ideal spot for those seeking an authentic and easily accessible beach.

The school has been certified by the French Surfing Federation (FFS) since 2006, and thus adheres to the FFS quality charter.

A welcoming structure made entirely of wood (sourced from the local environment), installed directly on the beach and dismantled at the end of each season to minimize our environmental impact.
