DISCOVERY COURSES: Alone, with friends, or with family, this is the ideal course for those who have never surfed before and want to try it out for the first time. Introductory courses are held every day throughout the season. Discover the ocean environment and learn the basic techniques for catching waves and standing up on your board. Experience your first sensations of gliding. Fun, friendliness, and safety are the watchwords.

COURSES: The best option for those looking to acquire or perfect the technical basics and knowledge of the ocean, enabling them to start surfing independently by renting equipment.

Courses start every day in low season (April to June/September).

In July and August, courses start every Monday and end on Friday.

As teaching is at the heart of our approach, groups are organized by age and technical level. Each surfer starts at the same level and the group progresses at a consistent pace, allowing us to meet the expectations of each surfer.

AGES: Each age group has its own teaching method, which is why we offer four age groups: 8-10 years old / 11-14 years old / 15-17 years old / adults

LEVELS: To ensure consistent progress, groups are organized by skill level. There are three possible levels:

-Beginner: for those who have never surfed before or have only taken an introductory lesson. Discover the ocean and its characteristics, learn the basic techniques: catching waves/foam, standing up on the board, maintaining balance, turning

– Intermediate: 1 to 2 weeks of lessons at a surf school and/or free surfing. Refresher course and consolidation of basic techniques at the start of the course, in-depth knowledge of the ocean environment, optimization of surfing time on the wave, direction and trajectories

– Advanced: at least 3 weeks of lessons at a surf school and/or free surfing. Progression based on analysis and choice of spot, technical improvement, first attempts at catching unbroken waves

SAFETY: At the heart of our teaching, lessons take place in safe practice areas where surfers can touch the bottom. You surf close to the shore and progress on reforming waves (foam) / small waves (for intermediate to advanced levels).
